Plans and preferences
Tasks, appointments, alarms, reminder settings, focus preferences, sleep plans, theme choices, and a local profile name are stored on your device to provide the features you request.
Notifications and alarms
Chronova processes dates, times, reminder lead times, sound, and vibration preferences to schedule notifications and alarms. Android permission status is used to determine whether these alerts can be delivered.
Analytics and diagnostics
Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may collect app interactions, device information, installation identifiers, performance data, and crash diagnostics to measure usage and improve reliability.
Advertising data
Google AdMob and its partners may collect or receive IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, device identifiers, and advertising identifiers for ads, measurement, security, and fraud prevention, subject to your privacy choices.
How information is used
- Create, organize, search, and complete tasks and appointments.
- Deliver the alarms and reminders you configure.
- Provide focus tools, sleep-cycle suggestions, and local summaries.
- Remember your language, appearance, category, and notification preferences.
- Measure app performance, diagnose crashes, display ads, and prevent abuse.

Your choices, security, and retention
You can grant or revoke notification and alarm-related permissions through Android settings. You can change reminder sounds, vibration, and timing inside Chronova. Where required, Google's consent form lets you manage advertising privacy choices.
Local content remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall Chronova. Data processed by Google is retained according to Google's policies and your account or consent settings.
Chronova is intended for a general adult audience and is not designed for children. We use local storage, Android permission controls, and trusted platform services, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Contact, deletion, and updates
To remove local data, delete items inside the app, clear Chronova's app data, or uninstall the app. Chronova does not create a remote online account. For privacy questions or requests, contact the developer below.
We may update this policy when the app, applicable requirements, or third-party services change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
